Ben Keogh

Ben Keogh is founder and Managing Director of Zonica and has over 12 years experience in the Internet industry.

After leaving university with a First Class degree in Business Studies, Ben was one of the founding team that created highly successful dotcom StudentNet.

With a background in interface design and front-end development Ben led a small team of twelve in the creation of one of the most successful dotcom websites in the dotcom boom. As Development Director he was responsible for the design, development and online marketing of the website which received over 100,000 unique visitors per day.

From there he joined European design agency Concept!NMT as a senior Account Manager working with clients including Mercedes, RMG, and eZoka.

After being invited to join Walt Disney Internet Group in 2001, Ben then moved to Sydney, Australia working for 24/7 Media on search engine optimization projects for American Express, AMP, and the Sydney Opera House.

Moving back to London in 2002 Ben joined software development company DataArt UK as Operations Director. His responsibilities included overseeing all client projects and providing a key liaison between clients, project managers and the offshore software development centre.

In 2004 Ben left DataArt to set up online communications agency Comunica Technologies specialising in building creative, innovative communication solutions.

In March 2007 Comunica Technologies was rebranded as Zonica.com

Zonica is now made up of a team of seven with clients including Sandwell Council, BNP Paribas, and Libera.
